Stephen D. Stroh is a partner with Bianco, Perrone & Stroh, L.L.C. Steve maintains a practice with a primary emphasis in the area of family law and civil trial practice. Steve represents clients in complicated divorce cases as well as non contested divorces. Steve is well versed in child custody matters and alimony issues. Additionally, Steve represents clients in post-decree actions, commonly known as "modification" actions. Steve's exceptional trial and negotiating skills ensure our clients achieve optimal results with the complicated financial matters that can arise in divorce cases.
Steve is a Nebraska native and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1997 with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 2000 from Florida Coastal School of Law.
Steve recognizes the importance of being able to try cases in a courtroom as well as negotiate settlements out of court. In addition to his membership in the Omaha Bar Association and in the Nebraska and American Bar Association Family Law Sections, he is a member of the American Association for Justice.
